Technical & Production Documentation
Here’s where everything gets buttoned up. We translate the design into detailed design intent documentation, drawings, specifications, brand guidelines, and artwork that clearly communicate the creative direction. These aren’t build-ready, but they provide the clarity and direction manufacturers, contractors, and suppliers need to take the next step. We stay close during this phase, collaborating with production teams to make sure the creative vision stays intact as it moves into execution.

Implementation & Rollout
This is go-time. We’re on-site, in the mix, and focused on getting every detail right. From overseeing installs and visual merchandising to finalising packaging and launch assets, we guide the rollout to make sure everything lands as designed. We also help activate the brand across marketing and in-store touchpoints, so your launch feels cohesive, elevated, and totally on-brand.

Launch & Evaluation
Once everything’s live, we shift into listening mode. We observe how customers engage, gather feedback, and review performance.
